Listing goes live and client communicates with buyers / buyers agents, coordinates access, and fields offers

Coordinate with TOP Brokerage to execute any documents regarding the transaction

Any documentation regarding the transaction between seller and buyer are to be submitted to TOP Brokerage

When the property has sold, send finalized HUD / CD and final executed agreement to confirm sale is recorded and commission is distributed properly
